Avenue of hope.

Colfax Community Network improves and strengthens the family and community life of individuals, families, and children living in transient housing, primarily along Colfax Avenue. Providing needed information, resources, and services, we work alongside adults, children, and parents to help them recognize their value. We offer tangible resources to lighten emotional and financial burdens.

Connecting families to resources for housing, parenting classes, education, or career development, we devote even more of our energy to the youth, giving them an opportunity to learn and lead. Surrounded by staff and volunteers who believe in their power and in their future, we see them transform their lives and communities.
